Social Phobia



Social Phobia is characterized by an intense fear of situations which are social in nature, such as a party, public speaking or performing. Additionally, other situations such as eating in public or signing one's name in public are common forms of social phobia.

Common Symptoms:

  • Sweaty palms
  • Nausea
  • Blushing
  • Trembling
  • Avoidance of social situations such as parties, public speaking, performing or interacting with others
